For some time, I used non-organic beauty products but it just wasn’t working for me, so I decided to switch to using mostly natural beauty products. I like to experiment with different kinds of beauty products, so if I find new interesting ones I’ll try them. Here is a run-through of my simple morning routine with the products I love to use.

Step 1: Cleanse

The first thing I do is I wash my face with Victorian Gardens Jasmine and Chamomile Cleansing Milk. Which gently cleans my skin without stripping its moisture.

Step 2: Tone

Next, I spray my face with Victoria Gardens Rose and Chamomile Toner.

Step 3: Serum

After that has soaked in, I warm up two drops of Victoria Gardens Rosehip Healing Facial Serum in my hands and massage it into my skin. I’ve been using this oil-based serum for the past year and it gives my skin a very natural, dewy glow.

Step 4: Hair

My hair fluctuates from being curly to frizzy. On my frizzy days, Lush’s R&B Moisturiser saves me. Unlike argan oil, which I also use for my hair, it doesn’t make your hair look oily. It just calms the frizz down, so I can style my hair. Plus, it’s got all-natural ingredients and it smells like vanilla pods.

My favourite product for my body is from the brand Earthsap. Its hand and body lotion, Evening Primrose, is one of the most effective body lotions I’ve used. It’s not heavy and doesn’t leave my skin feeling like it has an extra layer on it, but my skin feels really soft and nurtured after applying it. It has a really delicate smell, and it’s also really affordable.

And that’s it! These products won’t work for everyone, but they’re working for me at the moment. I get most of them at Wellness Warehouse, where there is a wide range of natural products. Let us know if you have anything you’d like to add to the list!
