3 pro tips for getting the perfect laid edges
You’ll need the following:
• A toothbrush. Yes a toothbrush! Ask any pro, a toothbrush works best.
• Edge gel, hair butter or oil. It depends on the effect and intensity of the edge you want. On a normal day, I just lay my edges with a natural oil so as not to not cause unnecessary damage.
• A satin headscarf.
- Spritz hair with water to dampen it slightly.
- Style your edges with the toothbrush by adding edge gel, hair butter or natural oils.
- Tie your edges down with a satin head scarf leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. This will ensure that your edges are laid.
