This month, Gucci will debut the third instalment of ad campaigns featuring Chinese actress Li Bing Bing. The campaign is the brainchild of creative director Frida Giannini and uses a strong but minimal aesthetic to showcase Gucci’s handbags, jewellery and watches.

Embodying Gucci’s code of luxury, the campaign will see classic Gucci accessories, such as the Jackie (Onassis) handbag, alongside new styles that will undoubtedly become classics themselves. Highlights include the Interlocking timepiece, the 18-karat yellow gold Horsebit cocktail ring and sunglasses with Guccissima leather-covered temples.

In collaboration with Li Bing Bing, the campaign also features the special edition Bamboo watch and jewellery collection, which is made using bamboo, tagua nut, vegetable ivory and other materials from sustainable and renewable sources. This collection has already been launched in China, where Gucci supports a local reforestation project, showing its commitment to sustainability.
