Fashion Month has ended at Paris Fashion Week and it’s time for us to take a bit of a fashion-break, until SAFW at the end of October. In Paris, we look to the street style for outfit inspo when it comes to an elegant sense of style, minimal cool and loads of black. Let’s take a look at the best trends spotted…
1. Florals For Spring…
Actually quite groundbreaking, especially when layered. Wearing multiple floral prints with each other is the best way to do Spring dressing.
2. It’s Going To Be All White
Especially when opting for a full look, in varying shades of ivory.
3. Feathers & Fringe
Add a whole lotta extra to your look when you add feathers or fringe detailing. V. retro, and v. cool!
4. Emerald Lady
This deep shade of green, reminiscent of our favourite jewels, is a great colour, whether in a full look or added hints.
The newsboy cap is the best headwear you could find for the upcoming season.
6. Full House
Choosing one colour to work with is a risky but rewarding style idea.
7. Print Knit
Whilst this may not be the most weather appropriate for us for right now, it’s a good time to start realising just how great printed knits can be…
8. Primary Hues
Much like at London Fashion Week, a whole lot of brilliantly bold primary colours (i.e.blue, red and yellow) were out and about.
9. Red, red, red!
With the favourite being red, as seen in numerous forms of outerwear.
10. Frill Seekers
Add a whole lot of texture to your outfit with a ruffled pieces, worn as separates or each other.
11. Make a Statement
With your dress. Find a really crazy or out there dress and let it do all the talking…
This trend goes without saying. We’ve seen tweed everywhere, and there’s a good reason for that…
13. Hey Shirty
A white shirt will take you very, very far in the fashion game. Think outside the box and wear with a printed suit, under a jumpsuit or with a lacey bralette.
A white collar will contrast a dress, and give you all the Wednesday Adams feels.
15. Be a Baller
Because it’s Paris and you can wear a floor length ball gown if you’re feeling that way inclined.
