No one can quite do the tracksuit trend like Rihanna. Yes – the tracksuit like the one you used to wear in ’02 which is now back with a vengeance. The tracksuit has never really gone away, we just started wearing it for household activities rather than to make bold, game-changing fashion statements. However, when it re-appeared on the runway in 2016 it went from at-home comfort to street-style chic. We can thank the athleisure trend for that.

We can also thank our fashion girl Rihanna for rocking the tracksuit trend – street style. She stepped out in Los Angeles recently wearing a baby blue tracksuit that she paired with brilliant accessories. The simple boots, boxy bag and sunglasses take the look from casual to chic.

The Juicy Couture tracksuit became a must-have fashion item back in the 90’s and 2000s, and we’re delighted that it’s back. Don’t be afraid to wear your tracksuit out of the house – if Rihanna can do it, so can you. What’s not to love about the tracksuit comeback?
