In the ever-changing fashion world, it is fare to say that male models in fashion will soon start playing more of a main role instead of floating around on the periphery.

From Versace, to the top publications in the world we now see men appearing on magazine covers (Cristiano Ronaldo, Vogue Spain) and in high-end ad campaigns (Versace) – even sometimes overshadowing their female costars. Why the surge of testosterone in a usually dominated female modelling industry? It seems that there’s a call for a change of imagery and opinion, as men start to become more sexualized and objectified in some sense.

What do you think? Will a man soon grace one of Marie Claire’s issues? We’re not quite sure yet.
