First world problems read by third world people

Hot new trend: Feather nails

First we saw the fabulous Nails Inc London introduce leather and concrete nails. Now, they have given us feather nails. How arbitrary? Yet, how fabulous?! I think it looks very pretty and delicate – unlike some tacky nail artPoppy Delevingne is the new face of this amazing brand.

Hopefully it will be available at Edgars soon.

No more ‘breasts, buttocks, and genitals’ to be shown at the Grammy’s

The Grammy Awards broadcaster, CBS, is apparently on a mission to prevent any nipple slips, bum flashes or strange wardrobe choices at this year’s ceremony. A ‘wardrobe advisory’ memo was recently leaked, suggesting that the music industry should ‘avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples’ and that they should ensure that ‘the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible bare skin exposure.’

Do you think this is a good idea? Or do you only watch the Grammy’s to see the outrageous outfits?

SA named rape capital of the world

#StopRape is the hash tag of the day. Interpol has just named South Africa the rape capital of the world. Watch the above video for more info.
