As a jeans and wedges girl myself, wedding dresses are the kind of thing I see only lasting for a brief (terribly romantic, of course) traipse down the aisle. I do know a bride, though, who partied in her wedding dress until dawn, because she wanted to get her money’s worth.

So how about this: a 2,750 metre long wedding train.

Buzzfeed wrote that the Guinness World Record for longest wedding train was broken in Bucharest on 20 March 2012. It’s made of ‘4,700 meters of material using 1,857 needles, taking 100 days to make.’

A tad impractical? Perhaps.

Majestic? Erm… Tell us what you think in the comments.
